You may be thinking to yourself that you need to buy yourself a new shirt, new shoes, a new pair of jeans or a new hat.

But do you really? 

You can buy yourself something for yourself, so that you don’t need to worry about paying your bills. 

Instead, buy yourself some things that you enjoy and that you feel comfortable with. 

For example, you can buy a new mattress, a set of shoes or a scarf. 

Don’t worry, you won’t be spending money on clothes that you are not comfortable with or that you may be too embarrassed to wear. 

If you can’t afford a new thing, consider buying something that you have used regularly and that is well-loved.

You can also look at clothing that is already on sale, such as designer jeans, or clothing that has been in stock for a while, such that you can be confident that it will last.

However, there is one thing you can do that you will probably never find in your local health department.

In general, stress is a combination of positive and negative emotions that are present in our lives. 

Sometimes we feel stressed out, and this is due to situations that we do not control, such like a job that is not our own, or situations that cause us to have anxiety, such in our health, relationship or finances. 

These are the types of negative feelings that we experience when we experience stress.
